Sizing by daily production

Daily outputTypical modelWhy
Up to 25 L/dayGB-1One bowl, short cycles, smallest footprint
25-50 L/dayGB-2Two flavours in parallel without waiting for a cycle
50-100 L/dayGB-4Two independent circuits, four flavours, higher throughput
100-180 L/dayGB-6Six bowls, three circuits, designed for peak days

Daily litres are not the only input: peak-hour cones, flavour count and hardening capacity decide whether you need the next size up. If you are unsure, send your daily cups and flavours and we will size it with you.

Power, space and installation

Voltage

Standard 220 V/50 Hz; 110 V/60 Hz and 220 V/60 Hz builds for 60 Hz markets. The build must match your site, not the catalogue.

Circuit

GB-1 and GB-2 usually run on a single-phase circuit; GB-4 and GB-6 need a dedicated circuit sized to the nameplate current. Confirm breaker and cable with an electrician.

Ventilation

Leave clearance around the condenser and keep the machine out of hot corners. A machine that cannot breathe runs higher pressures and dies younger.

Access

Check door width, turning radius and floor strength before delivery. A 330 kg machine is not moved twice without cost.

Ordering, lead time and support

  • Lead time: typically 30-45 days depending on model and customisation, plus ocean transit.
  • Minimum order: one unit for a standard build; private label starts at 30 units.
  • Included: wear-parts kit, English manual, wiring diagram and fault-code list.
  • Warranty: one year on parts, with 48-hour dispatch on wear parts.
  • Shipping: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo; landed-cost estimate available on request.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Which model do I need for a small gelato shop?

Most shops under 50 litres a day start with GB-2: two bowls let you run two flavours without waiting for a full cycle. GB-1 is enough for a cafe adding a small frozen menu.

Can I get a 110 V build for the US?

Yes. 110 V/60 Hz builds are available for the standard models, with the matching plug and English documentation. Confirm the site voltage and breaker before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Production is typically 30-45 days, then ocean transit and customs. For a seasonal opening, order at least a quarter ahead.

Do you support private label?

Yes, from 30 units: panel colour, badge, localized control text, manuals and packaging. New tooling and new certifications are separate projects.
